When I first met Beckie & Travis it was a bit of a suprise to find out that we were actually neighbours. Not in the same street, I’d know that! But backing on to each other from different streets.
I didn’t have far to travel to catch up with them in the days before their wedding to do our planning for their big day.
Again, Dunedin provided the perfect weather for an outdoor wedding. Not hot nor cold, not too sunny nor dull. Perfect for photos and love.
Jumping over the back fence I popped in to visit Trav and the boys getting ready before I drove out to Meadowbank Farm Stay to visit the girls on our way to Grandview Gardens.
When Beckie arrived, you could tell she was a little nervous. I think being nervous is awesome! It means that what you are about to undertake is special and important. You are taking this seriously.
We had a great time exploring all that Grandview Gardens has to offer and discovered that the swing isn’t quite as stable as we all thought 🙂 There also happens to be stinging nettle growing in the spot where you would land if you happened to fall off the swing… Sorry Beckie 🙂
Congratulations Beckie & Travis.
